When you use Customer Connection, you can:

  • Check your account balance
  • Determine which checks and deposits have posted to your account
  • Transfer funds between your accounts
  • Make loan payments

No sign up is necessary. Call Customer Connection at 1-888-755-4545. You'll need your social security number or tax ID to access your accounts. (During your initial call, you'll be prompted to choose a Personal Identification Number - PIN - that you'll use permanently.)
