Our telephone banking system, Customer Connection, is available 24-hours a day and is completely free to you! When you use the Customer Connection, you can:

  • Check your account balance
  • Determine which checks and deposits have cleared your account
  • Transfer funds between your accounts
  • Make loan payments
  • Have a statement faxed directly to you
  • & Much more

No sign up is necessary. Just pick up the phone and dial 770/969-5353. All you need is the social security number of the primary signer on the account. (During your initial call, you'll be prompted to choose a Personal Identification Number - PIN - that you'll use permanently.)
